Will the performance of the Rotary Compressor For Air Conditioner decline in the case of long-term continuous use?

During the long-term continuous operation of the Rotary Compressor For Air Conditioner, the mechanical parts will gradually wear out. The rolling parts inside the compressor are constantly rubbing during continuous operation, and their matching clearance will gradually increase, which will cause the sealing performance of the compressor to decline and the gas leakage to increase, thereby affecting the compression efficiency. At the same time, the sealing material in the compressor will gradually age over time, and its elasticity and sealing performance will deteriorate, causing gaps in the originally tight sealing structure, allowing refrigerants and other media to leak, reducing the overall performance of the compressor. In addition, as the power source of the compressor, the internal performance of the motor will also change after long-term operation, the insulation performance will decline, and the compression ratio will change, all of which will have a negative impact on the operating efficiency and stability of the compressor.

Long-term continuous use will significantly reduce the performance of the heat exchanger of the air conditioning system. The fins on the surface of the heat exchanger will gradually oxidize during long-term operation to form an oxide layer, which will increase thermal resistance, hinder heat transfer, and reduce heat exchange efficiency. At the same time, the hydrophilic coating on the heat exchanger will gradually fail, causing uneven distribution of condensed water on the fins, forming a water film, further affecting the heat exchange effect. In addition, there may be micro-leakage of refrigerant in the air-conditioning system. Over time, the amount of refrigerant will gradually decrease, which will cause the system pressure to drop, affect the evaporation and condensation process of the refrigerant, and reduce the cooling or heating capacity of the air-conditioning system. Moreover, the filter in the air-conditioning system will accumulate a lot of dust and impurities after long-term use, resulting in increased air flow resistance, reduced air volume, and reduced heat exchange coefficient of the evaporator, which will in turn reduce the cooling capacity of the air conditioner and reduce the energy efficiency ratio.

Long-term continuous operation will greatly reduce the heat dissipation efficiency of the compressor. The compressor will generate a lot of heat during operation. If the heat dissipation is poor, the body temperature will continue to rise. Excessive temperature may cause deformation of the compressor body and bracket, change the relative position and matching relationship of the internal components of the compressor, and thus affect the operating stability of the compressor. In addition, long-term operation may also cause problems such as blockage of the refrigeration system and abnormal fan motor speed. These problems will increase the workload of the compressor and cause excessive current. In severe cases, the compressor may be damaged and affect the normal operation of the air conditioner.

Due to the decline in compressor performance and system efficiency, the cooling or heating speed of the air conditioner will be significantly slower. After turning on the air conditioner, the user needs to wait longer to reach the set temperature, which will cause inconvenience to the user. At the same time, after the compressor has been used for too long, the aging of its core components will also cause increased operating noise. The vibration and friction noise generated by the compressor during operation will become more obvious, which may seriously affect the user's sleep quality and reduce the user's experience.
